Estadística, modelación y manejo de datos

La Unidad de Apoyo en Estadística, Modelación y Manejo de Datos del IIES surge como respuesta a la necesidad de apoyar a académicos y estudiantes del IIES en el análisis de datos y modelación estadística. Sus objetivos son fortalecer la capacidad de la comunidad académica para el manejo, análisis y síntesis de información, así como proveer la infraestructura y los recursos humanos para apoyar el manejo, análisis y síntesis de información. Este apoyo técnico se plantea desde una perspectiva amplia, e incluye el desarrollo e implementación de un programa de capacitación permanente, la prestación de servicios de apoyo específicos, y la gestión de la infraestructura de cómputo. La finalidad de la unidad es ayudar a mantener la calidad y cantidad de productos académicos generados en el IIES, así como apoyar la formación de recursos humanos, las cuales constituyen dos de las metas principales del instituto.
